What IronQ is

IronQ is a strength-training log for iPhone with an Apple Watch companion. It records sets, reps, and weight for each exercise, runs a rest timer between sets, and shows your live heart rate from the watch while you train.

It has no social feed, no influencers, no streaks, and no ads. It is built for people who already know how to train and want an exact record of every session.

Who makes it

IronQ is co-founded by Jon Feitz, a trainer with roughly fifty years of lifting from Indiana to Orange County, California, and Christian Kameir, a lifter, engineer, and entrepreneur who wrote the first version for his own training. It is published by Decentralized Publishing LLC in California.

Where to get it

IronQ is in pre-launch. Founding members receive early access through Apple TestFlight and lifetime use of the app for a one-time payment of $149; after the App Store launch the price is $9.99 per month.
