IronQ gives training and nutrition information for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it never gives medication or dosing guidance. Check with a doctor before starting a new training or diet plan, especially if you have a health condition or take medication. You train at your own risk.
Your training log is yours. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that is how you sign in. How IronQ handles your data is described in the privacy policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid. Founding-member prices stay fixed for as long as that subscription stays active.
The free tools and the AI connectors are provided as they are, and may change or be limited to prevent abuse. Do not use them to overload IronQ or to reach anyone else's data. AI assistants are run by other companies, and IronQ is not responsible for what they say.
To the extent the law allows, IronQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid IronQ in the twelve months before the claim.
